Equipment Handling:
- Coordinate the physical move
- Identify and label all the equipment, hardware/software parts

- Packing all the equipment and hardware in box
Data Protection
- Implement a robust data backup and recovery plan before relocation
- unplug the server's hard disk in safety manner
Testing and Validation:
- Ensure all systems are operational at the new location before resuming business activities

- Make sure all the assigned PCs, servers, network equipment can get through internet
- Assign new passwords if necessary
- Reassembly for all servers, computers, and network equipment.
