Steps:
1. Contact our technical support at (852) 2720-8429 [Hong Kong Only] for remote support request
2. Click the button below and download the QuickSupport application on your computer desktop
3. Open the QuickSupport app
4. Our technical support will request a remote connection
5. When you accept the connection, the remote session will begin

2. WebMail FAQ

Webmail FAQ

If you are our email clients (not suitable for Office 365 / Exchange online applicants), you should have your webmail account under our RoundCube email server. If your domain name is yourdomain.com, webmail URL generally is https://mail.yourdomain.com

Our customer services department has sent your email account details. After you login your Webmail, you can change your preferred password by yourself.

Steps 1: Tap Settings -> Password
Steps 2: Input Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password
Steps 3: Click Save

If you are on leave or out of office and want to setup a auto reply message to your email sender, you can setup this at Webmail.

Step 1: Tap Settings -> Vacation
Step 2: Tick Enable
Step 3: Input your auto reply subject and Message

When you are back to office, you can disable it by un-clicking Enable at the same page location.

You can add a email signature for email reply under Webmail.

Step 1: Tap Setting -> Identities
Step 2: You can create different signature for different identities. Under "Signature" Textbox, you can type in your signature and click Save buttons

If you prefer to change your default language for your webmail, you can change it as below:

Step 1: Tap Setting -> Preferences -> User Interface
Step 2: Under combo box "Language" , you can change your preferred language

Webmail SSL Warning FAQ (Firefox)

Warning for SSL (Firefox)

When Firefox connects to a secure website (the URL begins with "https://"), it must verify that the certificate presented by the website is valid and that the encryption is strong enough to adequately protect your privacy. If it is unable to verify this, Firefox stops connecting to the site and will show you an error page with the message, Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead. 

Access the webmail

Click the Advanced button to view the error code and other information about the error. Common errors are described in this article. And then, Click Accept the Risk and Continue

After previous step, you will see the login page of your Webmail.


File Tranfser

After a successful connection attempt, you can upload or download your files by double clicking on the main navigation windows. 

Linux Platform: 
Your web site is hosted under "Public_html" folder.

Windows Platform:
You web site is hosted under default root folder

Webmail SSL Warning FAQ (Chrome)

Warning for SSL (Chrome)

When Chrome connects to a secure website (the URL begins with "https://"), it must verify that the certificate presented by the website is valid and that the encryption is strong enough to adequately protect your privacy. If it is unable to verify this, Chrome stops connecting to the site and will show you an error page with the message, Warning: Your connection is not private.  Then, you need to click the button Advanced.

Access the webmail

After clicking the Advanced button to view the error code, the information about the error are described in this article. And then, Click Proceed to mail.yourdomain.com (Unsafe)

After previous step, you will see the login page of your Webmail.

Webmail SSL Warning FAQ (IOS:Safari)

Warning for SSL (Safari)

When Safari connects to a secure website (the URL begins with "https://"), it must verify that the certificate presented by the website is valid and that the encryption is strong enough to adequately protect your privacy. If it is unable to verify this, Safari stops connecting to the site and will show you an error page with the message, Warning: This connection is not private.  Then, you need to click the link Show Details.

Access the webmail

After clicking the Show Details to view the error code, the information about the error are described in this article. And then, Click Visit this website, and Confirm the popup warning : Visit Website

Login Page

After previous step, you will see the login page of your Webmail.


Clear Cookies

If your (IOS) Safari still cannot access the login page, you need to clear cookies first and repeat the steps again.

Clear Cookies Steps: (E.g. For IOS 14 or above)
1. Open the Setting app.
2.Tap "Safari"
3. Tap "Advanced" -> "Website Data
4. Choose "Remove All Website Data"

Webmail SSL Warning FAQ (Microsoft Edge)

Warning for SSL (Microsoft Edge)

When Microsoft Edge connects to a secure website (the URL begins with "https://"), it must verify that the certificate presented by the website is valid and that the encryption is strong enough to adequately protect your privacy. If it is unable to verify this, Microsoft Edge stops connecting to the site and will show you an error page with the message, Warning: The site is not secure.

Access the webmail

After clicking the Details to view the error code, the information about the error are described in this article. And then, Click Go on to the webpage (Not recommended)

When IE connects to a secure website (the URL begins with "https://"), it must verify that the certificate presented by the website is valid and that the encryption is strong enough to adequately protect your privacy. If it is unable to verify this, IE stops connecting to the site and will show you an error page with the message, Warning: This is a problem with this website's security certificate.

Access the webmail

Click Continue to this website (not recommended)
